Experience peace of mind on your wedding day with our Day-of Coordinator Package. Our expert coordinator will ensure seamless execution of your plans, managing vendors, timelines, and logistics. With us at the helm, you can relax and enjoy every moment, knowing your special day is in capable hands. Including:

  • Vendor Management: Coordinate seamlessly with all your vendors on-site (decor, photographer, videographer, entertainment, etc.)

  • Ceremony Coordination:

    • Facilitate first look with photographer

    • Distribute flowers to bridal party & honorable guests

    • Ensure timely ceremony start & coordinate with musicians

    • Cue ceremony music and other elements at appropriate moments

    • Manage personal items for ceremony/reception (escort cards, guest book, etc.)

  • Flawless Execution:

    • Conduct final setup inspection

    • Manage event timing (cocktail hour, grand entrance, first dance, toasts, etc.)

    • Coordinate transport of gifts/personal items

  • Planning & Communication:

    • Assistance with creating a detailed wedding day schedule (limited assistance with overall plans)

    • Unlimited communication 3-4 months leading up to the wedding

    • Three virtual or in-person meetings

    • 6 hours of wedding day coordination

    • Facilitate a seamless start with pre-arranged logistics and vendor communication.

    • Manage the event schedule (presentations, networking breaks, awards ceremony, etc.)

    • Ensure on-time execution of all program elements.

  • Flawless Execution:

    • Conduct a final venue inspection to guarantee everything aligns with your vision.

    • Manage audio-visual cues and technical aspects for a polished presentation.

  • Planning & Communication:

    • Collaborate with you to create a detailed event schedule.

    • Offer unlimited communication leading up to the event to ensure everything aligns with your goals.

    • Host pre-event meetings to discuss logistics and answer any questions.

      Provide on-site coordination for the entire event duration (up to 4 hours).

  • Peace of Mind: With us at the helm, you can unwind and enjoy every moment, knowing every detail is expertly handled.

Including:

  • Pre-Event Planning: Collaboration on a detailed event schedule to ensure everything flows perfectly.

  • Unlimited Communication: We'll be available to answer questions and address any concerns leading up to the event.
